Hello friends new and old!

Here are some of the things I do:

Act, Direct, Educate, Dialect Coach, Intimacy Direct, Sing. Meditate…etc.

I’ve been in this business for over 30 years. I believe in the transformative power of the performing arts because I have experienced it in my own life and watching others.

In artistic and educational spaces I intentionally cultivate equanimity, compassion, wise presence and a sense of belonging to the human race. Arts training must include training for kindness connection and compassion.

This is not a rigid undertaking, it’s a process.
